Let's Chat: Bun/Vermicelli

As you can tell by reading some of the Just a Taste posts, I get a craving weekly for a good vermicelli bowl. It's great how people of all cultures can enjoy the same dish. The high demand for Vietnamese food has been supplied in Saskatoon. There is a large selection of both new and old restaurants across the city. When choosing a Vietnamese restaurant I am always looking for a large portion. Ideally, I would like the dish to have uncooked vegetables, spring rolls, charbroiled pork, pork meatballs and Sriracha sauce. But then again, I am open minded to trying new things.

I talk to people often about where they like to eat vermicelli. A lot of people tell me Minh's Garden, Nutana CafeSummer Roll and Thien (haven't yet written a post on them, but delicious place).
