Just a Taste: Good Fortune Grand Restaurant

On Sunday, Yip Hong's and Mandarin were closed so we visited Good Fortune for our first time for dim sum. For those that are unsure of what dim sum is I will enlighten you with my knowledge of it. At home we call it "yum cha" which is Cantonese for "drink tea". Yum cha is when the employees push carts around with smaller portions of food on it. You order by dish and they write down how much it is on your tab at the table. Food does not stop coming, you just sit, eat and order.

At Good Fortune I found that the selection wasn't large, but it was quite different from other places within the city. I can't say it's better, but it is more affordable in comparison to others. Also service was pretty good and if you cannot speak Cantonese or Mandarin, their English speaking is quite good.

I'm not sure if I like the videos more than the pictures, but it was just a test. Enjoy!
