Replacement

Today I found out I did not receive my Koston x Krooked deck. Instead I got a Krooked brighteyes large. Which is actually 8.06, things for it are looking really good! Concave and pop are pretty good on the Krooked, the sizing may take a little getting used to. I will miss my Koston though, I will continue to recommend Girl to all skaters.

Disappointments

Two days ago I had tried on the Koston dunk lows when I had received them on my own, only to realize that there was extra padding in the ankles of the shoe. This only made it very uncomfortable, I was instantly turned off and have decided not to purchase them.

Secondly, if you have seen my post about the KostonxKrooked deck I had ordered, the distribution did not receive our e-mail meaning: I most likely won't get my board. I'd like to say "whatever it saves me money", but I still have to buy a new board because of razor tail and the plys splitting apart.

No more Mark Gonz for me, 2009's Koston guest Krooked deck is now being shipped to me in July.

I've been riding 7.5's a lot lately. But working at the shop has also made me realize that pro riders aren't riding small decks and 8 is the regular. My homie Tyler has been pushing me to ride an 8, same size feet as me. He claims he will buy me one if I choose to ride it and guarentees I will like it more. I am starting to believe him.
